Pakvilai Sudhaswin, M.A. has
been teaching Stress Management Workshops, “Living in Harmony
with Stress” since
1992, combining East/West psychological perspectives of healing and
relaxation. She was born in the Buddhist country of Thailand where
she began her deep and grounded practice of Samatha/Vipassana meditation
at age sixteen. Pak's training in Dzogechen and Tibetan Qi
Gong ,
coupled with her Graduate work in Counseling Psychology from the University
of San Francisco, provide her a unique quality of insights. Pak's work
is born out of her own struggle with chronic illness and its resulting
stress. She believes that in each of us there is an intrinsic peace
and tranquility. Because our ordinary minds are so undisciplined, we
fail to recognize our inner peace. Her passion is to help people tap
into this state of peace and learn to “be” at ease with stress in their
daily lives. “I am giving
you the tools to gain access to this inner peace”.
